     TREMONT is a second-generation building company that has been crafting beautifully appointed residences and other exceptional projects in the Denton area and surrounding communities since 1985. We’re a family-owned company with other families in mind. TREMONT specializes in high-end custom homes designed and built to the specifications of each individual buyer and family.

     Vision and detail…it’s important to have both. Having grown up in the business, Jim Strange offers extensive knowledge and a unique understanding of every facet of the building process – beginning with architectural design, through construction and overall project management. With an accounting degree from Texas A&M University, Jim Strange is committed to providing clear communication on project specifications and associated costs before the project begins, as well as critical budget markers and financial updates along the way. Services are provided “cost plus” so that the customer can approve, firsthand, all expenditures. And, in turn, the customer then pays all sub-contractors and suppliers directly. This allows for the greatest level of transparency and confidence with the customer.      TREMONT offers a turn key solution to customers. Every project is customized from concept to move-in with the features and specifications desired by the customer. TREMONT guides each customer through the plan design process with an experienced architect. In addition, TREMONT’S in-house interior designer, Colette Strange, offers assistance with the selection process. Colette is passionate about designing a space that inspires the customer.
